Cancellation Policy

Private referees must be booked at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. To cancel and avoid forfeiting your deposit, written notice must be sent to reservations@westcoastadventurepark.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled reservation. Deposits are 100% non-refundable if cancellation notice is not received within this timeframe.
